In this video, we share some tips and best practices on how to do this. However, this video is intended for adding oil to maintain your stock finish and keeping it looking great for many years of service. It is not intended for complete refinishing and major stock repairs. If at any time you do not feel comfortable handling this work yourself, we do offer professional refinishing services by our Caesar Guerini USA gunsmiths to assist in this matter. If we can be of service, please contact us.CLEANING & PREP OF THE STOCK: Wipe it down with a damp (not wet) cloth first. Then wipe it down vigorously with a soft cotton cloth making sure the surface is clean, dry, and free of debris. In most cases, this should be sufficient.
