CHEST: Measure at the widest point of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
WAIST: Measure at the narrowest part of your abdomen (the point where your body bends when you lean to one side), keeping the tape horizontal.

The vests are made in Italy and are in EU sizing which is different than U.S. sizing. We recommend considering a size larger than you normally wear. Please refer to the chart above for exact measurements.
