Dillon Tosh, from Manchester, Tennessee, has had a love for the sport of hunting since a very young age. His first hunting experience was deer hunting with his dad at the age of five when he pulled the trigger on his dad’s muzzle loader and killed his first deer. From there, he was hooked! He is now 18 years old, and still has that love for hunting.

When Dillon was in the 6th grade, he heard about the trap shooting program. With a borrowed shotgun, he attended his first practice. After shooting a few rounds, he was deemed a “natural” by Marty Smith, the coach of the Westwood Middle School Trap Team. His parents bought him an over and under trap gun, which Dillon used until 5 years ago. At 13 years old, Dillon received his first Caesar Guerini gun, and his scores dramatically improved. During his shooting career, Dillon has won numerous awards across several states. In August 2014, out of 1,578 competitors in the 115th Grand American in Sparta, IL, Dillon became the youngest in ATA history to capture the Grand American Doubles Crown. He was 15 years old! In 2016, in a span of 2 weeks, Dillon won 28 titles in 3 different states.

Dillon has visited many places. He feels as though he would not have had the opportunity to travel to these places had it not been for the sport of Trap Shooting. He said, “I feel extremely blessed for the opportunity Caesar Guerini has given to me as a Pro Staff, and I am very grateful for all who have encouraged me to be the best that I can be.”

Accomplishments:

• 2014 Grand American- Doubles Champion (at the age of 15)
• 2016 Earned the AAA27AAA status
• 2016 Grand American – High-Over-All Junior and High-All-Around Junior
• 2019 Grand American- Doubles Champion
• Tennessee State Team- 2014, 2015, 2016 (2016 average was the highest average in the state of Tennessee)
• 1^st Team All American 2015 & 2016
• Many AIM championships (individual and team)
• 30+ Grand American titles
• Numerous State and Zone titles (too many to list).
